Rubrik's CPQ & NPI Operations team sits at the core of bringing new products to market and optimizing the quote-to-cash process. This Senior Business Analyst role focuses on operationalizing new SKUs, integrating next-generation quoting tools, driving automation, and enhancing the sales experience.
You will own the NPI Operations ticket queue and dashboards, triaging and tracking work to meet SLAs while balancing day-to-day support with medium-sized projects. Key responsibilities include supporting GTM initiatives and new product launches, delivering NPI releases and bug fixes, and leading CPQ and NPI enhancements end-to-end—from requirements analysis through launch, training, and documentation.
You'll partner across Product, Engineering, Sales, Deal Desk, and Finance to streamline product configuration, quoting, selling, and provisioning. This includes maintaining product master data and SKU configuration integrity, analyzing and optimizing CPQ and NPI processes for efficiency and scalability, and assessing impacts across PDM, CPQ, billing, and renewals. You'll also mentor junior analysts on CPQ/NPI processes and best practices.
The role requires 8+ years in Business Analysis or operations (preferably SaaS) and 6+ years of hands-on CPQ or quote-to-cash system experience. You must be a self-starter with strong strategic thinking, excellent cross-functional collaboration skills, and proven ability to translate strategy into executable plans. Technical fluency with Salesforce, Jira, and data concepts is essential. Experience with NPI releases, complex SKU updates, SFDC administration, and AI concepts in sales is preferred.
