Ramp is seeking a Senior Brand Designer to join its Growth Creative team. The role sits at the intersection of creative experimentation and data-driven performance marketing, requiring someone who can rapidly develop high-quality creative assets across paid and owned channels—from digital ads and landing pages to multi-channel campaigns. Key responsibilities include: conceptualizing and executing creative work at high velocity; combining brand fidelity with performance goals to design assets that drive leads and conversions; collaborating cross-functionally with growth marketing stakeholders, writers, animators, editors, and creative directors; partnering with the Brand Systems team to ensure visual consistency while exploring new executions; sharing performance insights back to the broader design and brand teams; testing and iterating based on performance metrics; and identifying opportunities across emerging formats and channels. The ideal candidate brings 5–7+ years of design experience with a strong portfolio demonstrating performance creative or digital advertising work. Required skills include exceptional design velocity, fluency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (motion and prototyping a plus), and experience in high-growth environments working alongside creative, marketing, and brand teams. A passion for systems thinking and AI-integrated production workflows is essential. What sets candidates apart: a distinct, refined visual style paired with flexibility to meet performance and brand needs; an advertiser's mindset that captures attention and drives action; energy around performance metrics as creative constraints; a proactive, builder-oriented attitude; and the ability to juggle multiple projects with grace in a fast-paced environment. The role requires in-person presence in the San Francisco office at least 2 days per week. Ramp automates spend management for 70,000+ companies, processing over $200B in annualized spend, and customers typically save 5% and grow revenue 16% in their first year.
