GetYourGuide is seeking a Senior Brand Designer to own the B2B brand craft and creative excellence. This is a hands-on design role where you will be the primary designer executing across campaigns, events, product touchpoints, and brand systems for thousands of global suppliers.
You will report to the Design Lead within the Creative Studio, collaborating closely with Creative Strategy B2B and Strategic Operations. Your core responsibilities include: designing 360-degree campaigns (flagship supplier product releases, annual research publications, seasonal campaigns); owning visual identity for flagship supplier summits in Berlin, Bangkok, and Sydney plus regional tradeshows and field events; extending and applying B2B brand guidelines across all touchpoints through playbooks, templates, and toolkits; and aligning B2B brand expression with product surfaces, marketing UI, and the supplier website.
Your role centers on craft and creative excellence—making design decisions that elevate the work and raising the standard for the entire Creative Studio, including freelancers and agencies you collaborate with. You will brief and art-direct external partners, build scalable design systems, and translate brand expression to product and marketing surfaces.
Required: 5+ years of brand design experience with a strong portfolio spanning campaigns, identity, and systems. Exceptional execution across digital and print. Highly organized, managing multiple workstreams in a fast-moving in-house environment. Fluency in Figma and proven experience building scalable design systems. Experience reviewing and art-directing website landing pages. A clear design point of view backed by strategic thinking.
The role is hybrid (3 days in-office: Mon, Tue, Thu; 2 days optional remote) based in Berlin HQ. GetYourGuide offers annual personal growth budget, mentorship programs, 30 days work-from-anywhere flexibility, quarterly team events, monthly transportation and fitness budget, language reimbursement, and health/wellness benefits.
