HackerRank is seeking a Senior Brand Designer to shape the company's brand presence across campaigns, content, events, and digital experiences. The Brand Experience team is small, hands-on, and high-impact, treating every designer as a builder with ownership from concept to shipped product.
You will own creative projects end-to-end across brand campaigns, launches, social content, presentations, events, and web experiences. Your responsibilities include turning briefs and strategy into distinctive creative directions and polished outcomes, designing across multiple channels (social, presentations, reports, campaigns, events, web), and building and shipping web experiences in Framer with interactive components and micro-interactions.
The role requires fluency moving between Figma, Framer, and code to prototype quickly and bring ideas to life. You'll leverage AI tools and agents, including Figma and Framer MCPs, to improve work quality and pace. You'll build scalable creative systems that work consistently across channels and collaborate closely with the Brand Design Lead, marketing, product, engineering, agencies, and senior stakeholders.
Required qualifications include 6+ years of experience in brand, visual, or communication design (ideally in technology or strong creative environments), a portfolio demonstrating strong conceptual thinking and digital craft, proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite, and hands-on experience designing and shipping websites in Framer. You need technical fluency to understand how final experiences are built, strong visual judgment, attention to detail, and confidence working with senior stakeholders. Understanding of brand systems, fluency with AI-powered creative tools, and high agency with curiosity are essential.
Preferred qualifications include background in motion design, interaction design, or advanced CSS animation; experience creating distinctive interactive web experiences; familiarity with Figma MCP or Framer MCP; experience working with agencies and production partners; and experience designing for developer, AI, or technology audiences.
