Fiverr is seeking a Senior Brand and Marketing Designer to own design projects end-to-end, working independently with stakeholders across Growth, Brand, Leadership, and Product teams. In this role, you'll translate strategic ideas into compelling visual stories that are clear, on-brand, and drive business impact.
You will serve as a guardian of Fiverr's brand guidelines, maintaining a high bar for design quality and consistency across all touchpoints—from digital campaigns to brand communications to product interfaces. This is an individual contributor role that requires both creative excellence and strategic thinking.
Key responsibilities include:
- Developing and executing brand and marketing design projects from concept through delivery
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams (Growth, Brand, Leadership, Product) to understand objectives and translate them into visual solutions
- Maintaining brand consistency and quality standards across all marketing and brand materials
- Mentoring junior designers and providing design direction
- Staying current with design trends while ensuring work aligns with Fiverr's brand identity
You should be a bold, data-driven designer who is convinced there's always a better way to solve problems. The ideal candidate has a portfolio demonstrating strong brand design work, understands the relationship between design and business outcomes, and can work independently while collaborating effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
