The Treasury Reporting team owns reconciliations and reporting that keep the company's cash, collateral, and financial risk visible and under control across every entity and feature.
In this Senior Associate role, you'll be responsible for daily bank reconciliations across Treasury accounts and payments rails, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and audit-readiness. You'll own break resolution, partnering with cross-functional teams (Product, Engineering, Data Science, Finance) to close out issues that carry real business risk. The role involves maintaining multiple reporting deliverables with varying frequencies while managing stakeholder expectations.
Key responsibilities include conducting in-depth analysis using SQL and AI tools to inform critical Treasury operations decisions, developing and maintaining reporting and workflow-optimization projects that make reconciliation faster and more scalable, and supporting complex Treasury Cash and Collateral Management projects. You'll act as a key stakeholder in financial risk management, using in-house AI tools responsibly within internal controls to optimize workflows.
You'll bring 3+ years of experience in financial analysis, treasury operations, banking and payments, or related operations roles. Required skills include strong SQL proficiency for extracting and analyzing financial data, hands-on experience with treasury management systems (e.g., Kyriba), and familiarity with BI tools like Power BI or Superset. You'll demonstrate excellent report lifecycle management, from requirements gathering through delivery, with proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders and communicate complex ideas clearly to diverse audiences.
The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable navigating ambiguity without waiting for a playbook. You'll have strong problem-solving skills, excellent interpersonal abilities, and a commitment to integrity and accuracy. Financial modeling, coding/automation, and data modeling contributions are preferred. A Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field is required.
