Salary: USD 120,000 - 150,000 / annual
Talos is a fintech platform providing institutional-grade trading technology for digital asset markets. Founded in 2018, the company powers major players in the crypto ecosystem and is committed to advancing mass adoption of digital assets through innovative, trusted infrastructure.
You will own end-to-end recruiting for Talos's Revenue & Operations organizations, managing the full hiring lifecycle across sales, account management, marketing, finance, and business operations. You will partner directly with hiring managers and senior leaders to translate business priorities into hiring plans that support rapid growth.
Key responsibilities include:
- Own recruiting for a broad, varied set of business-critical roles across commercial and operational functions
- Source, engage, and close candidates through creative sourcing strategies, building diverse pipelines of passive and active talent
- Drive the full recruitment lifecycle within Ashby ATS, leveraging the established Recruiting Operations team for scheduling and administrative support
- Act as a trusted advisor to hiring managers and senior stakeholders on market dynamics, compensation benchmarking, and hiring best practices
- Ensure exceptional, high-touch candidate experience reflecting Talos standards from first touch through offer
- Use data and reporting to track pipeline health, forecast time-to-fill, and share hiring insights with leadership
- Continuously improve recruiting processes and playbooks as the organization scales
You bring 3–5 years of full-cycle recruiting experience, ideally spanning both agency and in-house recruiting across commercial or business operations functions. You demonstrate strong ability to source and close candidates across diverse roles simultaneously in fast-paced, high-growth environments. You have excellent stakeholder management skills and credibility with hiring managers and senior leaders. ATS proficiency is required; Ashby experience is a significant advantage. Baseline understanding of capital markets, fintech, or digital assets is preferred but not essential. You are detail-oriented, adaptable, proactive, and professional, with strong ownership over your requisitions. Bachelor's degree preferred but not required.
