Salary: USD 98,000 - 115,000 / annual
Maven Clinic is the world's largest virtual clinic for women and families, partnering with 2,300+ employers and health plans to deliver women's and family health programs spanning fertility, maternity, parenting, and menopause care. The Member Growth Marketing (MGM) team owns Maven's enrollment engine, driving top-line enrollment across these programs.
In this role, you'll serve as the connective tissue keeping MGM's cross-functional projects moving and execution on track. You'll balance strategic work with hands-on execution, equally comfortable triaging incoming requests, building client-ready presentations, and pulling data from analytics tools.
Key responsibilities include:
- Owning intake and triage for incoming requests, tracking status and managing stakeholder follow-up to hit delivery timelines
- Building slides and supporting assets for cross-functional workstreams and executive readouts
- Fulfilling data and reporting requests using existing dashboards, packaging results for stakeholders
- Tracking and driving action items from cross-functional meetings to keep projects moving
- Supporting creation and iteration of payer microsites
- Incorporating client feedback into member communications across design and copy
- Supporting enrollment landing page builds, including custom URL creation
- Identifying opportunities to automate manual work and help the team scale
You'll work in a hybrid model with the primary office in the New York Metropolitan area. NYC-based team members are required to work onsite three days per week (Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday). Maven also has presence in San Francisco, Seattle, Boston, DC, and Chicago with monthly in-person collaboration days.
REQUIREMENTS:
- 1–3 years of experience in marketing, marketing operations, project coordination, or related field (agency, in-house, or health tech backgrounds all welcome)
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple concurrent requests and stakeholders
- Working knowledge of Figma, or ability to ramp quickly, to support asset and landing page work
- Comfort pulling and synthesizing data from dashboards and reporting tools (Looker, Salesforce a plus)
- Clear, proactive written and verbal communication with ability to translate feedback across design, content, and business stakeholders
- Detail-oriented and deadline-driven with flexibility to context-switch across concurrent projects
- Bonus: experience in healthcare, B2B2C, or employee benefits marketing
- Active work authorization in the US required
