EliseAI is an AI-powered platform improving housing and healthcare by integrating AI agents into existing workflows to reduce manual work, improve accessibility, and enhance user experience. The company recently raised $350M at a $4B valuation led by Andreessen Horowitz and Bessemer Venture Partners.
The Healthcare Growth Strategy team defines how EliseAI's healthcare products are positioned, understood, and valued in the market. Operating as a startup within a well-funded Series E company, the team combines founding-level intensity with significant capital and resources. The team owns positioning, product identity, and high-leverage growth initiatives that drive pipeline and revenue.
As a Senior Associate on the Growth Strategy team, you will own high-impact projects end-to-end, taking products from undefined to sharply positioned and building go-to-market programs that convert positioning into pipeline and revenue. In a typical week, you might develop positioning and messaging for product capabilities, architect automated customer engagement programs, build enablement materials for major launches, and analyze performance data to refine strategy.
Key responsibilities include:
- Executing healthcare growth strategy across inbound, outbound, content, events, partnerships, and product launches to drive pipeline and customer acquisition
- Establishing growth measurement frameworks, attribution models, and performance KPIs to inform investment decisions and optimize ROI
- Building scalable systems for lead generation, qualification, conversion, and lifecycle engagement in partnership with Marketing Operations
- Supporting content creation and thought leadership that translate customer insights and market trends into demand-generation programs
- Executing conference and event strategy, including sponsorships, speaking opportunities, and post-event pipeline generation
- Supporting sales enablement strategy with positioning, messaging, collateral, training, and competitive intelligence
- Driving go-to-market strategy for major launches, aligning Product, Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success
- Defining healthcare product and platform positioning to ensure differentiation and market value
- Building feedback loops from customer conversations, win/loss analysis, and performance data to inform strategy
- Serving as strategic partner to leadership on growth priorities and market expansion
You will operate with high direction and support on strategic priorities but own execution fully—from strategy through delivery, including technical build where needed. The role requires moving fluidly between crafting product narratives and building automated systems, between shaping go-to-market strategy and working with data, tooling, and infrastructure.
Requirements:
- 2-4 years of experience in management consulting, investment banking, strategy & operations, growth, or a generalist role at a high-growth startup
- Bias toward action and comfort making decisions with imperfect information
- Ability to structure ambiguous problems into clear plans and execute independently
- Precision in communication—writing product narratives, building decks, presenting to executives
- Comfort with both strategic thinking and technical execution; desire to define strategy and build systems that deliver it
- Natural relationship-builder who can influence without authority
- Willingness to work in-office 5 days per week
