OpenArt is a fast-growing AI creative platform that empowers creators to generate images, videos, and other content using AI. The company was selected as one of five companies in the 2026 Disney Accelerator and recognized by Notable Capital's Prosumer AI 40 as one of the 40 most innovative AI-native companies. As Model Partnerships Manager, you will own OpenArt's end-to-end relationships with LLM, image, video, audio, and 3D model providers. You'll serve as the bridge between these model partners and OpenArt's Product, Engineering, and Growth teams, working with both frontier labs and open-source teams to build lasting partnerships. Key responsibilities include: - Negotiate and manage commercial deals with model providers, structuring API pricing, volume commitments, revenue share, early-access, and exclusivity arrangements. Once agreements are signed, you'll oversee contract compliance, usage tracking, cost management, and ensure both parties meet their commitments. - Secure early access to new models and coordinate with Product and Engineering teams to ship them on OpenArt at or near launch, positioning OpenArt as a day-one platform for cutting-edge models. - Drive joint go-to-market initiatives with providers, including co-marketing campaigns, launch announcements, case studies, creator showcases, and events. Work with the Growth team on positioning and activation strategies. You'll have high ownership, direct exposure to leadership, and a central seat in the creative AI ecosystem. The role offers the opportunity to shape which models millions of creators can access and how quickly they get them. Compensation includes $140K–$170K base salary, annual bonus, and RSUs with meaningful equity ownership. The company offers visa sponsorship and a collaborative, global team environment. REQUIREMENTS: - 3+ years in partnerships, business development, or developer/platform relationships, ideally in AI, creative tools, cloud, or developer platforms - Track record of negotiating and closing commercial agreements such as API, licensing, or revenue-share deals - Existing network across AI labs and model providers is a strong plus - Excellent relationship-building skills - Comfort discussing technical details (APIs, rate limits, latency, pricing per output) with engineers and business details with executives NICE TO HAVE: - Fluency in Mandarin, Japanese, Korean, French, Spanish, or other languages useful for partnering with global model providers
