Atlys is building an AI-first platform to remove friction from global travel, having processed visas for 1M+ travellers across 127 countries. You will lead the user-led growth function, owning the referral and affiliate program end-to-end as a high-ownership role combining strategy and execution.
Key responsibilities:
- Own the referral program construct, including incentive design, reward economics, and placement within the traveller journey. Rebuild from first principles and extend with new levers like an affiliate program.
- Reimagine the referral experience in collaboration with Product and Engineering, from discovery and sharing to reward redemption across app and website. Ship experiments that move key metrics.
- Analyze referral behavior through data, studying non-referrers, new referrers, and power referrers. Run motivation studies that inform targeted interventions.
- Build operational processes for reward fulfillment, reporting, and fraud detection to ensure reliable program execution at scale.
- Execute referral and UGC campaigns with discipline, ensuring timely reward payouts and proactive fraud prevention.
You'll work closely with Product, Engineering, Marketing, and Data teams. This role requires both strategic thinking and hands-on execution, with a focus on data-driven decision-making and consumer psychology.
Requirements:
- 3–4 years of experience in growth, product, or strategy roles at a startup
- Demonstrated track record of building something from 0 to 1, ideally a referral, loyalty, or user-led growth program, and scaling it
- First-principles thinker who is deeply data-driven; lets numbers guide decisions over opinions
- Strong grasp of consumer psychology and product design; understanding of how incentives, timing, and UX shape user behavior
- Execution-heavy mindset with strong operational diligence; attention to detail, ability to close loops, and bias toward shipping fast
