Salary: USD 140,000 - 160,000 / annual

CLEAR is building a secure identity platform transforming how people live, work, and travel. With 43+ million members and a global partner network, CLEAR operates at the intersection of physical and digital identity verification. As Senior Associate, FP&A, you will be a core strategic finance partner reporting to the VP, FP&A. This is a builder's role centered on modernizing CLEAR's forecasting infrastructure and planning capabilities. Key responsibilities include: - Serve as finance partner to senior leaders across Technology, Aviation, Member Care, Growth, Public Affairs, Legal, and People—building trusted relationships and becoming a go-to thought partner - Build dynamic, detailed, and scalable financial models supporting annual budgets, quarterly re-forecasts, and long-range planning - Manage opex and capex budgets in partnership with business leaders; own monthly budget vs. actuals processes with actionable commentary - Empower business leaders to actively own their P&Ls by building intuitive reporting, leading financial reviews, and translating numbers into decisions - Identify and communicate key risks and opportunities across business areas - Drive cost savings and growth initiatives by building detailed business cases - Support creation of Investor Relations, Board, and Management Financial Review materials - Champion improvements to forecasting tools and processes, including AI and automation opportunities Success metrics include strong relationships with functional leaders, business leaders equipped to manage their P&Ls, accurate and timely forecasting, reduced cycle times, quality Board materials, and tangible process improvements. Required qualifications: 5-7+ years progressive FP&A experience in high-growth or public companies; deep expertise with EPM/CPM platforms (NSPB, Hyperion, Anaplan, OneStream, or similar); strong analytical and modeling skills; systems thinking with process improvement instincts; collaborative approach to building organizational finance capability; curiosity about AI/automation in FP&A; Bachelor's or Master's in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
