Acronis, a global leader in cyber protection, is seeking a Senior Analyst Relations Manager to strengthen its position with industry analysts and research firms shaping the cybersecurity, data protection, and managed service provider markets. This is a strategic, highly visible role at the intersection of Product Marketing, Product Management, Communications, and executive leadership. You will own analyst engagement across key areas of Acronis' business, including cybersecurity, endpoint protection, backup and disaster recovery, cyber resilience, MSP platforms, and emerging areas such as AI and OT/industrial cyber resilience. You will build trusted relationships with influential analysts, translate Acronis' product and business strategy into compelling market narratives, and ensure analyst insights inform how the company positions its technology, products, and market opportunities. Key Responsibilities: - Build and maintain strong, trusted relationships with key industry analysts and research firms across Acronis' priority coverage areas, in close partnership with the global AR lead. - Coordinate and participate in regular analyst briefings, inquiries, strategic discussions, executive meetings, and events, ensuring consistent and high-quality engagement throughout the year. - Support the development and execution of engagement plans for priority analysts and firms based on their influence, research agendas, and relevance to Acronis' strategic priorities. - Identify and facilitate opportunities to connect analysts with Acronis executives, product leaders, cybersecurity researchers, and subject-matter experts. - Support and coordinate analyst engagement around major product launches, corporate announcements, Acronis events, and strategic initiatives. - Manage Acronis' participation in relevant analyst evaluations, rankings, and market research, including Magic Quadrants, MarketScapes, Matrices, Radars, and Market Guides. - Work cross-functionally to understand evaluation criteria, identify gaps, and build action plans to improve Acronis' eligibility and competitive positioning. - Gather and synthesize analyst perspectives on market trends, competitors, technology developments, customer requirements, and emerging opportunities. - Provide actionable intelligence to Product, Product Marketing, Sales, Communications, and senior leadership. - Work closely with product marketing, product management, and communications teams to prepare executives and subject-matter experts for high-value analyst interactions. - Develop briefing documents, presentations, narratives, key messages, competitive context, and anticipated Q&A. - Establish clear objectives and KPIs for analyst engagement and report regularly on progress and outcomes. - Track the quality and frequency of analyst interactions, research inclusion, evaluation performance, analyst sentiment, and improvements in Acronis' market positioning. Requirements: - 5+ years of relevant experience in Analyst Relations, Product Marketing, Product Communications, Competitive Intelligence, or another strategic technology marketing function. - Demonstrated experience working directly with technology industry analysts and research firms. - Direct relationships with analysts covering cybersecurity, infrastructure, data protection, MSPs, or enterprise technology are a strong advantage. - Strong understanding of B2B technology markets, including how analyst research, market evaluations, and vendor positioning influence customers, partners, and technology markets. - Experience with analyst evaluations such as Gartner Magic Quadrants, IDC MarketScapes, Forrester Waves, Canalys Matrices, or comparable research is highly desirable. - Strong Product Marketing capabilities, including positioning, messaging, competitive analysis, market segmentation, and go-to-market strategy. - Ability to quickly understand complex technology and translate technical capabilities into clear, credible, and differentiated business narratives. - Strong analytical skills and the ability to turn analyst feedback, competitive intelligence, and market research into actionable recommendations. - Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills in English. - Confidence working directly with senior executives and the ability to prepare and advise leaders for high-stakes external conversations. - Strong relationship-building and influencing skills, including the ability to align stakeholders across Product, Marketing, Sales, Communications, and Leadership. - Excellent project management skills and the ability to manage multiple analyst relationships, evaluations, and internal workstreams simultaneously. - A proactive, self-directed working style with strong attention to detail and accountability for results. - Experience in cybersecurity, endpoint security, data protection, backup and disaster recovery, SaaS, managed services/MSPs, or enterprise software is strongly preferred.
