You will be primarily a writer, spending the majority of your time constructing narratives and documents that drive Anduril's business. Key responsibilities include:

• Develop and curate a content library of prose, briefs, and graphics for use across the business
• Coordinate with Anduril's engineering team to accurately represent the company's technology to potential customers
• Manage deal/proposal infrastructure (Salesforce, SharePoint, Slack, etc.) and coordinate data sharing, reviews (kickoffs, color reviews), and approvals across the team
You will progressively move into managing larger and more complex deals, supporting the internal process from initial inception through contract close. The role requires navigating a hyper-growth environment, managing competing priorities with overlapping schedules, and synthesizing large amounts of information into compelling narratives.
REQUIREMENTS:
• 2–3 years of experience in Government contracting or defense contracting (mandatory). Experience does not need to be directly in proposals; finance, engineering, project management, or contracting roles are acceptable if related to U.S. Government contracting
• Excellent writing and critical analysis skills
• Ability to synthesize large amounts of information into coherent and convincing narratives
• Strong project management skills with ability to juggle competing priorities and drive projects to completion
• Comfort engaging with multiple disciplines: design, engineering, program management, legal/contracts, supply chain, and finance
• U.S. Person status required (position requires access to export-controlled data)
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
• Experience with U.S. Government maritime programs (U.S. Navy, U.S. Coast Guard)
• Familiarity with autonomous and uncrewed systems across the maritime domain (surface, undersea, air)
• Active Secret or higher security clearance
• Experience with the Government/defense solicitation process
