As Senior Analyst, Process Architect, you will design and operationalize end-to-end workflows that translate complex product and regulatory requirements into scalable, controlled operations.
You will lead process design and redesign initiatives across operational functions including Risk, Compliance, and Merchant Operations. Your initial focus will be establishing operational foundations for new digital-asset and stablecoin capabilities, working closely with Risk, Compliance, and Merchant teams to create clear, executable processes.
Key responsibilities include:
- Designing operating models and leading end-to-end process design for new product launches across operational functions
- Translating product, regulatory, and technical requirements into actionable processes, controls, and handoffs
- Applying crypto, stablecoin, and blockchain knowledge to build safe, scalable, and compliant operations
- Structuring ambiguous problems, identifying risks, and aligning cross-functional stakeholders
- Establishing governance, metrics, controls, and automated workflows using AI and modern tooling
You bring 3+ years of process design or operational excellence experience in fintech, with demonstrated ability to apply structured methodologies (Lean Six Sigma, etc.) to solve complex problems. You have proven cross-functional agility working across Risk, Compliance, and Merchant servicing functions, and strong analytical skills to influence stakeholders without direct authority.
Preferred qualifications include experience with end-user product launches, digital assets, or regulated payment implementations; proficiency with AI tools and automation platforms; familiarity with process methodologies; and experience establishing governance and control frameworks across multiple operational domains.
