GetYourGuide is seeking a Senior Analyst, FP&A to join their Finance team in Berlin. Reporting to the Head of Marketing FP&A, you will serve as a trusted business partner to the Marketing, Finance, and Analytics teams, driving timely and effective financial decision-making.
Key responsibilities include:
• Structure ambiguous business problems by breaking them into testable components, forming hypotheses, pulling data to validate or refute them, and delivering clear recommendations aligned with leadership's decision needs.
• Own daily revenue and contribution margin forecasts, identifying key risks and opportunities beyond base-case scenarios.
• Build and maintain financial and operational reporting for marketing channels, conducting deep-dive variance analysis to identify material drivers.
• Develop investment business cases that size opportunities, define trade-off criteria, and quantify returns to enable confident decision-making.
• Contribute to strategic planning by preparing analysis for trading reviews, quarterly business reviews, and planning cycles, owning specific strategic questions across the marketing portfolio.
• Translate complex financial analysis into concise, written recommendations accessible to non-finance stakeholders.
Required qualifications:
• 3+ years of relevant FP&A or financial analysis experience in fast-paced environments.
• Strong analytical mindset with SQL database querying skills and BI tool experience (e.g., Tableau).
• Proficiency in financial modeling, Excel, Google Suite, and MS Office; ERP or CPM system experience (e.g., OneStream) advantageous.
• Excellent communication skills with ability to distill complex analyses into actionable insights.
• AI-first mindset and comfort leveraging tools to accelerate performance.
• Native English proficiency.
