ShipBob is hiring a Senior AI Product Builder to own the full product development lifecycle for the Inventory Experience domain. This is a new role type at ShipBob—the "AI Builder" job family—designed for the AI-native era where product managers combine discovery, specification, prototyping, and production code ownership, accelerated by AI tools and an AI-native pod.
In this role, you will:
- Own end-to-end product development: discovery, user research, story/spec writing, AI-augmented prototyping, and shipping production-ready pull requests
- Work within an AI-native pod to close the traditional PM→Engineer handoff gap by handling spec-to-code yourself
- Drive meaningful product decisions for ShipBob's inventory management experience, impacting merchants and the broader fulfillment platform
- Collaborate with cross-functional peers and leadership in a high-trust, transparent environment
- Take on real problems, create tangible solutions, and drive results with an ownership mindset
- Participate in a results-driven culture with clear goals, shared accountability, and visible connection between individual work and company mission
