MISUMI Americas, a division of MISUMI Group, is a leading provider of standard, configurable, and custom manufacturing solutions. The company integrates a vast catalog of components with a world-class digital manufacturing platform to empower engineers and procurement teams across the product lifecycle.
The Senior AI Growth Engineer builds the systems that power customer acquisition at MISUMI Americas. This is a builder role focused on designing and shipping automated, AI-driven acquisition infrastructure that the demand generation function operates on.
Key responsibilities include:
**Acquisition Systems & Automation:** Design, build, and maintain automated acquisition systems including AI-driven outbound workflows (e.g., AI SDR), enrichment pipelines, lead routing, and lifecycle automation. Build personalization logic for inbound and outbound programs driven by audience segments, behavioral signals, and lifecycle stage, operating at scale. Instrument and integrate the acquisition stack (CDP, marketing automation, CRM, experimentation tooling) to ensure reliable data and trigger flow across systems.
**Segment & Audience Intelligence:** Mine quantitative and qualitative data to identify high-propensity customer segments and build models that score and prioritize acquisition targets. Leverage AI and automation to enrich audience profiles through data append, third-party signal aggregation, and web scraping where appropriate.
**Campaign Architecture & Experimentation:** Partner with the Director of Demand Generation and Director of Lifecycle Marketing to translate pipeline goals into automated campaign workflows spanning acquisition, onboarding, and account graduation. Build experimentation infrastructure to test messaging, offers, and channel mix, turning winning pilots into evergreen automated motions. Build and maintain reporting dashboards surfacing funnel performance, segment health, and campaign attribution.
**Cross-Functional Collaboration:** Partner with demand generation and lifecycle marketing leadership to build platforms they operate. Collaborate with data and analytics teams to access, clean, and model data for segmentation and measurement. Work with marketing operations, product marketing, and sales to align systems to messaging, territory, and outbound priorities.
Desired traits include systems thinking with a builder's bias toward automation, entrepreneurial mindset with focus on testing and measurable outcomes, excellent communication skills translating technical systems for both technical and non-technical stakeholders, and thriving in fast-paced, high-growth environments.
**Requirements:** The posting does not explicitly state years of experience or specific technical certifications required. However, the role expects proficiency in marketing automation platforms, CRM systems, data analysis, and AI/automation concepts. Experience building acquisition systems, audience segmentation models, and campaign automation workflows is implied as essential. Strong SQL, Python, or similar technical skills for data work and system integration are expected. Familiarity with CDP platforms, experimentation frameworks, and marketing technology stacks is valuable.
