Salary: EUR 145,000 - 180,000 / annual
Decagon is a conversational AI platform enabling Fortune 500 enterprises to deploy AI agents for customer support and operations across voice, chat, email, SMS, and other channels. Clients include Avis Budget Group, Block (Cash App/Square), Chime, Oura Health, and Hunter Douglas.
As Senior Agent Product Manager, you will own the technical and strategic delivery of AI solutions for Decagon's largest, most complex enterprise customers. This is a senior individual contributor role combining executive influence, product builder instincts, and founder-level ownership.
Key responsibilities include:
- Own technical wins on strategic opportunities, partnering with Sales, Solutions Engineers, and Forward-Deployed Engineers to build production AI agents
- Serve as executive partner to C-suite leaders at Fortune 500 companies, defining and driving their AI transformation roadmap
- Design, build, and optimize enterprise-grade AI agents in production, diving deep into customer workflows, pain points, and goals
- Develop reusable frameworks and playbooks that scale across accounts and feed into Decagon's product roadmap
- Direct Forward-Deployed Engineers and partner teams while maintaining accountability for outcomes
- Drive tight feedback loops with Product and Engineering teams, shaping the product based on frontline learnings
You bring 6+ years owning ambiguous, high-stakes outcomes and earning trust with senior executives. This includes roles as engagement managers, project leaders, or senior managers at top consulting firms, or as product managers, founders, and forward-deployed/solutions leaders at high-growth tech companies. You have a builder's instinct—you want to design and build solutions, not just diagnose problems. You possess strong technical acumen to understand and shape AI agent designs and hold your own in technical conversations with engineers and executives. You have executive presence and a proven track record as a trusted advisor to senior decision-makers at large, complex organizations. You're comfortable in fast-moving, ambiguous environments where you shape the solution as you implement it.
Ideal candidates have a Computer Science, Engineering, or Math degree (or equivalent hands-on technical experience), an MBA or equivalent business strategy/technology experience, and experience selling, deploying, or advising on enterprise software or transformation programs at Fortune 500 level.
