ServiceNow's AI Foundry team is seeking a Senior Advisory AI Foundry Architect to lead the discovery, design, and delivery of high-impact AI proofs-of-concept for enterprise customers. You will operate as a forward-deployed architect, embedding with customer teams to deliver working AI solutions within 3-4 weeks, tied to measurable business outcomes.
In this role, you will lead end-to-end POC engagements, from intake qualification and scoping workshops through live solution delivery. You'll design and execute AI implementations across ServiceNow's full AI surface—Now Assist, AI agents, AI governance, predictive and retrieval-based AI—while maintaining equal comfort in C-level architecture reviews and hands-on technical builds. You'll own POC execution autonomously, shipping working prototypes against fixed timelines in short sprints.
You will partner closely with Sales and delivery teams on opportunity qualification, technical validation, and post-POC handoff. Your technical responsibilities include configuring Now Assist and AI agents, integrating with enterprise data sources, defining evaluation criteria, and building reusable assets (prompt libraries, agent templates, reference POCs, integration patterns) that scale team output. You'll also conduct consultative customer workshops to uncover AI use case fit, position AI products against business challenges, and articulate outcomes to executive stakeholders.
Travel as required for customer engagements.

- Experience running consultative customer workshops to drive business-critical use cases and documenting scope and success criteria clearly enough to withstand scrutiny

Nice-to-have:
- Experience in a forward-deployed or embedded customer model
- Deep hands-on expertise with the ServiceNow platform: low/pro-code configuration, workflow automation, integrations, and Now Assist/AI Agent capabilities
- Experience delivering AI in regulated or security-constrained environments, including data residency and sovereign or private deployment
- Track record of building and scaling reusable assets/frameworks across delivery teams
