Restaurant365 is a SaaS platform serving the restaurant industry with cloud-based accounting and back-office operations solutions. The Senior Accounts Receivable & Collections Specialist will independently manage collections activities for past-due accounts and resolve complex or escalated customer situations within established policies and guidelines.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing collections activities for past-due accounts with high autonomy
- Resolving complex or escalated customer situations
- Supporting accurate cash application and timely collections across the order-to-cash cycle
- Applying sound judgment to sensitive customer situations
- Interpreting customer agreements to inform collections decisions
- Partnering with internal teams to resolve issues efficiently
- Escalating non-standard or high-risk matters appropriately
This role is critical to the cash management and customer relationship functions. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong judgment in handling sensitive situations, deep understanding of collections best practices, and the ability to work independently while collaborating cross-functionally.
