As Senior Accounting Manager, you will lead the accounting function in the Philippines office, overseeing financial reporting, compliance, and accounting operations. You will manage a team of accounting professionals, ensure accurate and timely financial statements, and maintain strong internal controls. Your responsibilities include supervising day-to-day accounting activities, coordinating with regional finance leadership, managing the general ledger, accounts payable/receivable, and ensuring adherence to both local Philippine regulations and PayJoy's corporate accounting standards.
You will partner with the finance leadership team to support business planning, budgeting, and forecasting. The role requires deep knowledge of Philippine tax regulations, labor laws, and financial reporting requirements. You will also be responsible for audit coordination, month-end and year-end close processes, and implementing process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
