Salary: USD 98,000 - 130,000 / annual

CoreWeave, a publicly traded AI infrastructure company (Nasdaq: CRWV), is seeking a Senior Accountant to own the monthly and quarterly debt accounting close process. You will prepare journal entries, reconciliations, and debt issuance-cost tracking, supporting debt rollforward schedules and footnote disclosures for external financial reporting in compliance with US GAAP and SOX requirements. Key responsibilities include: preparing monthly journal entries related to debt facilities and derivatives/hedging programs; recording cash receipts and payments; tracking and accruing debt issuance costs; confirming payment postings align with bank remittances; preparing monthly debt account reconciliations (GL vs. sub-ledger) and cash account reconciliations; investigating and clearing reconciling items; preparing quarterly debt rollforward schedules and drafting footnote disclosure language; preparing and maintaining SOX control documentation and testing evidence packages; and responding to internal and external auditor requests. You will partner closely with the Debt Accounting Manager, Treasury, Technical Accounting, and external auditors to ensure accuracy and compliance. This role offers exposure to debt accounting processes, footnote disclosure drafting, SOX control documentation, and audit support in a high-growth, post-IPO environment. Required qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; 3-5 years of general accounting experience (debt, treasury, or corporate accounting preferred); working knowledge of US GAAP as it relates to debt accounting; strong reconciliation and account analysis skills; excellent organizational and time-management skills; experience supporting SOX control documentation and testing; and ability to collaborate with auditors and cross-functional teams. Preferred: NetSuite or similar ERP experience; experience in high-growth or pre/post-IPO environments.
