Redi.Health, a high-growth healthcare technology company, is seeking a Senior Accountant to support the Controller and CFO in scaling the accounting and finance function. This hybrid role balances hands-on month-end accounting processes with forward-looking finance work including forecasting and P&L reporting.
Key responsibilities include leading the monthly close process end-to-end with accuracy, timeliness, and US GAAP compliance across revenue recognition, fixed assets, accounts receivable, and accounts payable. You will prepare journal entries, account reconciliations, and financial statements; reconcile balance sheet accounts; and maintain supporting schedules. The role requires strong expertise in ASC 606 revenue recognition, including management of deferred revenue schedules.
Daily cash management duties include bank transaction matching, sources and uses tracking, and covenant/compliance monitoring to ensure accurate real-time cash visibility. Finance and reporting responsibilities include assisting with forecasting and P&L reporting enhancements, supporting annual budgeting and quarterly forecasting cycles with budget-vs-actual variance analysis, and providing ad hoc financial analysis to support leadership decision-making.
You'll also support ERP system optimization and transition, apply AI-assisted tools to automate and streamline accounting tasks, and drive continuous process improvements and automation initiatives to support scalability.
Required qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; 3–5 years of progressive accounting/finance experience; strong command of US GAAP, particularly revenue recognition (ASC 606); and experience with ERP systems and process automation tools.
