As a Senior Account Manager for the SMB segment in the Benelux region, you will own and grow a portfolio of small and medium-sized business customers, primarily in Italy and other core markets. Your core responsibilities include:
- Manage a dedicated portfolio of SMB accounts, building deep relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers.
- Understand each customer's business model and usage patterns to maximize their adoption of Perk's product suite.
- Identify and pursue growth opportunities through upselling and cross-selling, with quarterly targets.
- Conduct data-driven business reviews and present insights to senior customer stakeholders.
- Serve as the primary point of contact between customers and internal Perk teams, ensuring smooth product integrations and rollouts.
- Develop problem-solving strategies for common account issues and implement long-term solutions.
- Prioritize time effectively to maximize impact across your portfolio.
You must be a native Dutch speaker with fluent English (C1 level) and prior work experience in the Benelux market. Account management or customer success background is required; SaaS or travel-tech experience is highly preferred. You should excel at presentations, relationship-building, data analysis, and translating metrics for customers. The ideal candidate is empathetic, honest, trustworthy, focused, and open to feedback.
