KAYAK for Business (K4B) is KAYAK's corporate travel platform, part of Booking Holdings. This Senior Account Manager role is the primary point of contact for a portfolio of US-based corporate clients, driving platform adoption, retention, and growth.
You will own a portfolio of assigned corporate accounts and serve as the day-to-day contact for platform adoption, account health, and ongoing support. Key responsibilities include:
- Building trusted, long-term relationships with client travel teams and program managers, with a focus on retention and satisfaction.
- Leading regular account reviews, quarterly business reviews, and strategic performance reviews, often in coordination with travel management company (TMC) partners.
- Monitoring account health across your portfolio, identifying risks early, and developing clear action plans to address them.
- Driving adoption of platform capabilities—including AI-assisted booking, group travel features, direct content, and international expansion—by helping clients understand value and supporting successful rollouts.
- Coordinating with internal teams (Product, Support, Finance, Implementation) to resolve issues, close open items, and deliver on client commitments.
- Managing contract renewals and amendments; contributing to pricing discussions and identifying account growth opportunities.
- Maintaining accurate account records, action logs, and renewal timelines.
- Contributing to team-wide improvements including playbooks, templates, and scalable processes.
- Representing the voice of clients internally, sharing feedback and patterns that inform product and organizational decisions.
You will work closely with a collaborative account management team and partner regularly with colleagues across Product, Support, Finance, and Implementation.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Experience in account management, client success, customer relationship management, or a related client-facing role (specific years or job titles not required).
- Track record of managing multiple client relationships simultaneously with strong follow-through and attention to detail.
- Clear, confident communication skills (written and verbal) and comfort working with people at different organizational levels, from day-to-day contacts to senior decision-makers.
- Ability to use data to track account performance, spot trends, and inform client conversations.
- Collaborative, organized approach to work, including ability to coordinate across multiple internal teams and external partners.
- Equivalent experience, training, or transferable skills from adjacent fields (hospitality, operations, consulting, customer success) are genuinely considered.
DESIRABLE:
- Experience in corporate travel, B2B technology, or SaaS.
- Familiarity with Salesforce, project management platforms, or business intelligence dashboards.
- Experience working alongside or coordinating with travel management companies or other third-party service partners.
- Experience supporting clients through product launches, market expansions, or change management.
