KAYAK for Business is a growing corporate travel platform within Booking Holdings, seeking a Senior Account Manager to drive client success and commercial growth across Europe and globally.
You will own a portfolio of KAYAK for Business clients ranging from global enterprise companies to SMB growth accounts, serving as the primary contact and connective tissue between client needs and KAYAK's capabilities. Your focus will be on retention, adoption, satisfaction, and building long-term partnerships with travel managers, internal product and engineering teams, and travel management company (TMC) partners.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing a diverse client portfolio with emphasis on retention, adoption, and satisfaction
- Building trusted relationships and aligning travel programmes to client business goals
- Leading negotiation and contracting for amendments and renewals
- Developing account strategy through regular reviews, performance insights, and action plans
- Partnering with clients and TMC partners to optimize programme setup and traveller experience
- Using data to identify risks, opportunities, and recommendations for improvement
- Coordinating across product, engineering, finance, and customer support teams to resolve complex issues
- Managing escalations, product changes, invoicing, and operational matters
- Representing client needs internally to shape product priorities
- Supporting geographical expansion through market rollouts and cross-regional alignment
The role is based in the London office 3 days per week and requires approximately 15–20% travel. You will report into the global Account Management team in the US and collaborate with colleagues across Europe and the US, requiring comfort working across multiple time zones.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Experience in account management, ideally in corporate travel, B2B SaaS, or related client-facing environment; equivalent experience, training, or transferable skills welcome
- Client-first mindset with sound problem-solving skills and hands-on approach
- Comfort working across time zones and reporting to US-based team
- Experience engaging senior contacts on both client and internal sides
- Ability to work alongside product and engineering teams
- Collaborative working style with strong cross-functional orientation
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, including presentation experience
- Fluency in English (written and spoken); second European language a plus
- Comfort with data and presentation tools (Google Workspace, Excel, PowerPoint); Salesforce CRM experience a plus
- Willingness to travel 15–20% as needed
