telli is an AI voice agent platform that helps B2C companies (energy providers, telcos, insurers, etc.) build, deploy, and improve consumer-facing AI agents at scale. The company is solving the hard problems of making AI agents drive real business outcomes for customers. Leading companies like Sky already use telli to deploy thousands of voice agents.
You will be one of the first sales hires on the mid-market team, responsible for driving revenue and shaping telli's mid-market motion. You will own large enterprise deals end-to-end—from discovery and demos through security reviews, procurement, contract redlines, and signature. You will generate your own pipeline (supported but not replaced by the BDR team), target accounts, write outbound, and make calls. You will multi-thread complex buying committees involving heads of sales, operations, CX, legal, IT, security, procurement, and CFOs at companies of 500 to 10,000+ employees, building relationships before procurement enters the process. You will own a quota and hit revenue targets, closing deals that meaningfully contribute to telli's growth. You will also shape telli's enterprise playbook around qualification, multi-thread strategy, executive engagement, and pricing, and feed structured customer signal back into product, marketing, and strategy.
The company culture emphasizes solving hard problems, building and experimenting fast while leveraging AI capabilities, taking real ownership, and maintaining a low-ego, humble environment.

- Elite relationship builder who understands the difference between a contact and a champion; proven track record of winning deals through strong relationships
- Hunter mentality: ability to manufacture pipeline without warm inbound and persistence through difficulty
- Executive presence: ability to hold a room with C-suite from first interaction with immediate, natural credibility
- Obsessively prepared: deep knowledge of prospect situations that exceeds their expectations
- Low ego, high accountability: willingness to do grunt work, competitive with self, receptive to feedback, shares credit

- Commitment to on-site work 5 days per week in Berlin
- End-to-end deal ownership experience; not a fit if you wait for pipeline to be handed to you, need detailed instructions, avoid responsibility, skip procurement/security-review work, have never carried a quota personally, or want remote work
