Precision AQ is a leading payer marketing agency supporting global pharmaceutical and life sciences clients in achieving commercial excellence. We are seeking a Senior Account Executive to join our growing team.
In this role, you will serve as an internal team leader and primary point of contact for assigned pharmaceutical client accounts. You will manage communications across brand and project teams, ensuring effective collaboration while developing successful marketing communication programs and payer-focused strategies. Your responsibilities include managing client relationships, coordinating pitch presentations and RFPs, leading project implementation, and driving daily project activities while maintaining scope, timelines, and budgets.
Key responsibilities:
- Manage team communications regarding project information and status updates
- Identify organic growth opportunities within assigned accounts and support new business development initiatives
- Serve as lead point of contact for assigned projects and clients
- Coordinate and participate in content planning meetings with key stakeholders
- Maintain daily client contact, prepare contact reports, and summarize next steps
- Facilitate medical-legal-regulatory (MLR) review processes to ensure compliance
- Manage project scope, changes, and roadblocks according to timeline and budget constraints
- Contribute to client proposals, budgets, and financial forecasting
- Monitor project costs including direct labor, identifying out-of-scope items
You are a clear communicator who builds strong client relationships. You have a can-do attitude, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple clients and brands under tight deadlines. You work well independently and as part of a team, pay attention to detail, and approach obstacles with confidence and problem-solving energy.
Required qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Minimum 2 years combined experience in accounts and project management within a pharmaceutical agency
- Direct client contact experience
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong planning, organizing, and detail-oriented capabilities
- Willingness to travel up to 5% annually
Preferred qualifications:
- Communications experience in pharmaceutical, healthcare, or medical sectors
- Familiarity with MLR processes and medical-legal-regulatory reviews
- Experience writing SOWs and project briefs
- Hands-on experience with online submission systems (e.g., Zinc, Veeva)
- Pharmaceutical drug launch experience
- Bachelor's degree with concentration in marketing, communications, or advertising
