As a Senior Enterprise Account Executive based in New York, you will drive high-value enterprise sales and contribute to the global revenue generation strategy. This role combines individual sales excellence with leadership responsibilities: you will close complex deals, mentor peer Account Executives, and lead internal enablement initiatives alongside the Head of Sales.
Key responsibilities:
- Identify, qualify, and close new business within the enterprise segment against an elevated yearly quota
- Lead complex negotiations and contracting, partnering with legal to close strategic deals
- Map large enterprise accounts and build lasting relationships with C-level and middle-management decision-makers
- Manage and forecast your pipeline accurately in the CRM to provide leadership with real visibility
- Mentor other Account Executives and lead internal enablement projects with the Head of Sales
- Partner with Customer Success to ensure strong onboarding and long-term account growth
You will work within a dynamic, highly collaborative global sales team, reporting to the Head of Sales and collaborating with Customer Success and peer Account Executives.
Requirements:
- 6+ years of complex, enterprise-level B2B sales with a documented record of exceeding top-tier quotas
- Deep understanding and established network within Media, Digital Publishing, Agencies, or Corporate verticals
- Demonstrated ability to map accounts, build relationships, and close deals with middle management and C-level decision-makers
- Proven experience leading high-stakes negotiations and managing complex sales cycles
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to build credibility and rapport with senior executives
- Proficiency with CRM and sales enablement tools, ideally Salesforce (preferred)
