Inspira Education Group is a fast-growing edtech startup on a mission to democratize access to high-quality admissions coaching for medical, legal, business, and college programs. The company combines software and services to disrupt traditional application processes and level the playing field for students from diverse backgrounds worldwide. Backed by leading VCs including Zeev Ventures, Quiet Capital, and Craft Ventures, Inspira is scaling rapidly across multiple brands. As a Senior Academic Advisor, you'll be the first point of contact for prospective students and families, setting the tone for their entire experience with Inspira. This is a high-impact sales role focused on driving revenue growth through inbound leads while building scalable systems and processes. Key responsibilities include: leading consultative discovery calls with parents and students to understand their goals and recommend appropriate programs; owning the full relationship from initial contact through enrollment by building trust and providing expert guidance; strategically following up with prospects to address concerns and drive conversion; experimenting with new sales scripts and messaging to continuously improve enrollment rates; closing deals across multiple program offerings while meeting or exceeding monthly and quarterly targets; collaborating cross-functionally with marketing, counseling, and finance teams; staying informed on competitor offerings and market trends to provide strategic feedback to leadership; managing the full sales cycle in HubSpot CRM including lead tracking, communications, forecasting, and data integrity; and supporting customer success for newly enrolled students. You'll need 3–5 years of inbound sales experience in a service-oriented or consultative environment, ideally with sales cycles under 2–3 months. Proven success selling premium service packages (ACV $5,000+) with a track record of exceeding targets is essential. You must have excellent communication skills—confident in presenting, writing, and speaking with clarity, empathy, and professionalism. Strong CRM proficiency (preferably HubSpot) and comfort with data/reporting tools like Excel or Google Sheets are required. Prior experience in education, admissions, or academic consulting sales is a nice-to-have. Inspira values a winning attitude, curiosity, genuine relationships, smart and hard work, and humility. You'll work with amazing people driven by a mission to impact student success globally.
