Crusoe is a vertically integrated AI infrastructure company building the energy and compute backbone for the world's most ambitious AI workloads. As Senior 3PL Strategy & Relationship Manager, you will architect and execute Crusoe's third-party logistics network strategy, transforming the company from a reactive operational model to a proactive, centralized logistics hub. You will design and implement a regionalized 3PL warehousing network that buffers supply chain shortages, optimizes lead times for data center deployments, and maximizes inventory availability across a complex geographic footprint. This role uniquely bridges logistics strategy, tax compliance, and financial planning—you'll partner closely with Finance and Tax teams to ensure all warehousing strategies account for project-based funding models and localized sales/use tax implications across different jurisdictions. Key responsibilities include: architecting the 3PL network to support rapid scaling of data center infrastructure; establishing inventory fungibility frameworks to safely redeploy high-demand components when critical sites face shortages; moving beyond transactional vendor relationships to establish robust SLAs, QBRs, and performance dashboards; and acting as the strategic link between Product, Supply Chain Planning, Engineering, and Finance to translate infrastructure roadmaps into tangible warehousing requirements. You bring 5+ years of strategic logistics, supply chain management, or 3PL relationship management experience, ideally in capital-intensive tech infrastructure (data centers, cloud, telecom, or energy). You have strong foundational understanding of how logistics networks impact corporate accounting, project-based funding, inventory asset holding costs, and sales/use tax implications. You've proven ability to transform decentralized, reactive warehouse operations into centralized, data-driven inventory hubs, and experience taking high-cost third-party logistics processes and building those capabilities in-house. Deep expertise in material planning, lead time management, and fungible inventory strategies in high-shortage environments is essential. You're comfortable with modern ERPs, Warehouse Management Systems, and data visualization tools.
