The Security Compliance & Customer Assurance Analyst owns the execution of compliance, customer assurance, risk management, and audit-support activities. Key responsibilities include:
• Maintaining the internal risk register and Drata compliance platform by updating control evidence, tracking remediation activities, maintaining audit records, and preparing documentation for internal and external audits
• Supporting prospective and existing customer engagements by coordinating and completing security and compliance sections of RFIs, customer security questionnaires, and annual risk assessments
• Leveraging approved policies, certifications, control documentation, and evidence to respond to customer inquiries
• Participating in customer calls to clarify the organization's security and compliance posture and coordinating follow-up actions with internal owners
• Using Behavox AI tooling to automate and accelerate compliance and customer-assurance workflows while validating outputs against authoritative internal sources
• Applying ISO 27001 Lead Auditor certification to evidence assessment, control testing, workpaper preparation, and audit-readiness activities
The role requires a minimum of ISO 27001 Lead Auditor certification and relevant experience supporting compliance and audit activities. Candidates should be proficient in customer due diligence, RFIs, security questionnaires, and frameworks including SOC 2, ISO 27001, and ideally ISO 42001. Understanding of risk identification, remediation governance, and audit methodologies is essential.
This is a hybrid role based in Toronto with flexibility to work remotely if you reside 100+ km from the Toronto or Montreal office.
