The Security Compliance & Customer Assurance Analyst owns the execution of compliance, customer assurance, risk management, and audit-support activities. Key responsibilities include:
• Maintaining the internal risk register and Drata compliance platform by updating control evidence, tracking remediation activities, maintaining audit records, and preparing documentation for internal and external audits
• Supporting prospective and existing customer engagements by coordinating and completing security and compliance sections of RFIs, customer security questionnaires, and annual risk assessments
• Leveraging approved policies, certifications, and control documentation to provide complete, supportable responses
• Participating in customer calls to clarify the organization's security and compliance posture and coordinating follow-up actions with internal owners
• Using Behavox AI tooling to automate and accelerate approved compliance and customer-assurance workflows while validating outputs against authoritative internal sources
• Applying ISO 27001 Lead Auditor certification knowledge to evidence assessment, control testing, workpaper preparation, and audit-readiness activities
• Understanding and managing risk identification, remediation governance, and audit methodologies
The role requires a minimum ISO 27001 Lead Auditor certification and demonstrated experience supporting compliance and audit activities. Candidates should be proficient with customer due diligence processes, security questionnaires, SOC 2, ISO 27001, and ideally ISO 42001 frameworks. This is a hybrid role based in Calgary with flexibility to work remotely if residing 100+ km from Toronto or Montreal offices.
