The Expert Insights division delivers market intelligence through expert transcripts and 1x1 call services, capturing unfiltered views from business operators. The Directed Content Team generates thousands of high-value calls quarterly, identifying and recruiting experts while ensuring interview quality and relevance.
As Sector Project Lead for Healthcare, you will report to the Director of Research, Healthcare, and play a pivotal role in enhancing the quality and efficiency of proprietary research content within the healthcare sector. You will combine deep sector expertise with strong project management to improve operational performance, shape content strategy, and partner with key stakeholders.
Key responsibilities include:
- Leading strategic projects and process initiatives with Directed Content stakeholders to improve operational performance
- Leveraging healthcare expertise to partner with Engineering and Product teams on new product features and QA
- Performing QA reviews of expert transcripts, particularly those from AI interviewers and third-party vendors
- Identifying and developing directed content streams for AI-led interviewers in partnership with Content Innovation and Strategy teams
- Highlighting best healthcare content for promotional activities and supporting content initiatives
- Gathering, synthesizing, and distributing customer feedback on healthcare coverage to drive improvements
- Establishing feedback loops with project teams to enhance content quality and insight
- Piloting and optimizing AI-enabled tools with Operations and Product teams to improve throughput and QA precision
Requirements:
- 5–7 years of experience in equity research at a sell-side bank, investment firm, hedge fund, research provider, or expert network; OR comparable experience in healthcare industry (biopharma/medtech strategy, competitive intelligence, business development, healthcare consulting)
- Deep domain expertise in Healthcare with strong understanding of key players, business models, and industry trends
- Proven ability to lead projects, manage deadlines, and hit business targets
- Original and independent thought with strong analytical, organizational, and critical-thinking skills
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to work cross-functionally with strong information-sharing orientation
- Intellectually curious, client-oriented, comfortable in fast-paced dynamic environments
