As Enterprise SDR Team Lead, you will build and scale the sales development function for the Enterprise market. This is a hands-on leadership role combining individual contribution with team management. You will be responsible for generating qualified opportunities while establishing the processes, messaging, standards, and habits that enable SDRs to perform at their best.
Key responsibilities include:
- Leading by example through your own prospecting activity, thoughtful outreach, strong qualification, and consistent pipeline management
- Coaching and supporting SDRs on the team, sharing best practices and identifying areas for improvement
- Working closely with Enterprise Account Executives, Sales leadership, and Marketing to identify target accounts and engage key stakeholders
- Developing a scalable lead-generation playbook and sales development process
- Influencing how the company approaches Enterprise prospecting, measures success, and continuously improves
- Creating meaningful conversations with prospective customers
