Salary: EUR 37,800 - 42,500 / annual
Holidu is a fast-growing vacation rental technology platform serving 40,000+ hosts and 4 million annual guests. As an SDR in the Italy Pre-sales team, you will be the first point of contact for vacation rental property owners across Italy, driving new business through outbound prospecting and meeting qualification.
Your primary responsibilities include: conducting cold outreach via phone to vacation rental hosts, pre-qualifying their needs and interest level, building trust around Holidu's value proposition using provided pitch scripts, scheduling high-quality demos with regional Sales Managers, maintaining accurate CRM records, and hitting monthly meeting targets. You'll work closely with your Team Lead SDR Italy, receive daily coaching and feedback, and collaborate with peers across the company's international SDR network.
The role offers a hybrid setup with 50% in-office time in Milan, flexibility to work from other locations up to 8 weeks annually, and exposure to a modern tech environment combining scale-up pace with business stability. You'll be part of a 700-person, 60+ nation team united by passion for technology and continuous improvement.
Required qualifications: fluent Italian (native or near-native) and professional English, excellent communication skills, strong motivation to achieve targets and overcome objections, structured work ethic and self-organization, curiosity and openness to feedback. Prior experience in cold calling, sales, hospitality, or customer service is preferred.
Compensation is structured as OTE (on-target earnings) with 80% fixed and 20% variable component tied to results, with significant upside potential. The company hires at multiple levels; final title, scope, and package adjusted based on experience.
