Boston Scientific Neuromodulation is seeking an SCS Associate Territory Manager to join their Pain Management Solutions team in Grand Rapids, MI. This role focuses on improving the lives of patients through spinal cord stimulation, radiofrequency ablation, and interspinous decompression spacer technologies.
You will work under the direction of a Territory Manager to hunt for new and competitive business in your assigned territory. Key responsibilities include:
• Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities and competitive accounts within your territory
• Collaborating with the Territory Manager and Regional Business Director on territory strategy and account planning
• Serving as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts and stepping in when the Territory Manager is unavailable
• Participating in business activities including forecasting, DPWs (District Planning Workshops), and APAs (Annual Planning Activities)
• Developing and applying professional selling skills to advance opportunities
• Using data and business tools to identify growth opportunities in priority accounts
• Building and maintaining a diverse network of high-level relationships with providers, payers, and clinicians
• Supporting Territory Manager with contract and pricing discussions
• Demonstrating technical and clinical aptitude to discuss and explain complex product information

Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree
• Minimum 2 years of work experience in a sales and/or clinical role, or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Preferred: 2+ years as a Pain Stim Clinical Specialist
• Proven selling abilities and drive to become a Territory Manager
• Strong analytical, selling, and problem-solving skills
• Strong technical and clinical aptitude to discuss complex product information and complete extensive training programs
• Proven ability to challenge or change physician behavior
• Subject to prohibited substance testing as a safety-sensitive position
