Salary: CAD 100,000 - 120,000 / annual
Altus Group is seeking a Salesforce Project Manager to lead enterprise Salesforce implementation initiatives. Reporting to the Enterprise Business Applications Director, you will own end-to-end project delivery across multiple Salesforce Clouds (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, CPQ, Agentforce) and integrated business applications.
Key responsibilities include:
- Leading Salesforce implementation projects from planning through deployment, ensuring on-time, on-scope delivery aligned with business objectives
- Developing and managing integrated project plans across Salesforce and connected enterprise systems, coordinating dependencies, timelines, risks, and resources across multiple teams and vendors
- Driving cross-functional collaboration among business stakeholders, solution architects, developers, QA teams, vendors, and executive sponsors
- Owning project governance activities including RAID management, executive reporting, stakeholder communications, resource planning, and delivery tracking
- Proactively identifying and managing risks, handling scope changes, and maintaining stakeholder visibility into project health
- Supporting adoption and change management through coordinated communication, training, and engagement activities
- Applying Agile, Hybrid, or Waterfall methodologies as appropriate while maintaining Salesforce implementation best practices
Required qualifications:
- PMP certification (required)
- Proven experience leading enterprise Salesforce implementation projects and managing multiple concurrent initiatives
- Understanding of Salesforce sales and service processes with delivery experience across one or more Salesforce Clouds
- Strong program management skills: managing integrated plans, balancing priorities, mitigating risks, coordinating across internal teams, vendors, and stakeholders
- Excellent governance and organizational skills for complex delivery environments
- Strong communication and facilitation abilities across technical and business audiences
- Comfort navigating ambiguity while maintaining project momentum
This is a remote role based in the Eastern Time Zone with a preference for candidates in the Greater Toronto Area. You'll join Altus Group during a modernization period, helping deliver projects that improve business processes and support new platform capabilities.
