Picnic is reinventing the workplace lunch experience by partnering with local restaurants to deliver high-quality, individually packed meals to companies without fees or tips. As a Salesforce Operations Specialist, you will architect Picnic's commercial systems and go-to-market technology stack.
You will own day-to-day Salesforce administration including users, profiles, permissions, page layouts, validation rules, and automation. You'll build and maintain scalable Flows that support evolving GTM motions and administer the broader GTM tech stack including Yesware outreach tooling, LeanData routing, enrichment platforms, and integrations between them.
Key responsibilities include designing and maintaining integrations between Salesforce and adjacent systems such as data warehouses, marketing platforms, finance tools, and product telemetry. You'll partner with Sales leadership to translate go-to-market strategies into clean, scalable system workflows and build the infrastructure for new programs like territory changes, segment launches, and pricing updates. You'll maintain data integrity, deduplication, and lifecycle hygiene across the stack while enabling end users through documentation, training, and embedded support.
You bring 3–5 years of experience in Sales Operations, Salesforce administration, Revenue Operations, or similar systems-focused commercial roles. Deep Salesforce expertise is essential—you've served as a primary Sales Cloud admin and know how to build for scale. Integration experience is required; you've connected Salesforce to other systems and understand trade-offs between native, middleware (Workato, Zapier, MuleSoft), and custom approaches. You have working SQL knowledge sufficient to pull data, validate builds, and audit your own work. Strong ownership, attention to detail, and excellent English communication skills are critical.
Preferred qualifications include Salesforce Administrator certification, Apex and advanced Flow development experience, hands-on experience with LeanData routing and Yesware, and experience supporting two-sided commercial motions. This is a full-time, onsite role based in São Paulo, requiring five days per week in the office.
