Forescout is seeking an experienced Salesforce Administrator/Developer to join its Salesforce team. The role involves configuring and developing standard and custom solutions within Forescout's Salesforce environment, enhancing functionality, security, data integrity, and application performance. You will provide guidance to functional project teams on Salesforce capabilities, recommend best practices, and estimate effort for configuration tasks.
Key responsibilities include: configuring standard and custom Salesforce solutions using platform tools; providing status updates and progress reports; maintaining compliance with Access Control, Change Management, and SDLC policies; reviewing and coordinating configurations, enhancements, and installations; working with business and IT teams to identify root causes of production issues and implement solutions; analyzing complex business problems and recommending Salesforce implementations; contributing to cross-functional integration projects between Salesforce and other applications; researching system issues and driving resolutions; performing environment refreshes; and monitoring Salesforce and connected apps usage for cost optimization.
Required qualifications: minimum 6 years of Salesforce platform experience, 4 years of Salesforce production support, and 2 years of Salesforce development experience. Must hold Salesforce Administrator and Advanced Administrator certifications. Strong understanding of Sales and Support processes, Lightning, custom objects, reports, workflows, assignment rules, Process Builder, Flows, and data security models. Knowledge of Salesforce Apex and VisualForce required. Experience with Salesforce data tools (Data Loader, Workbench) and Atlassian products (Jira, Confluence) preferred. Understanding of Salesforce Agentforce and Cloud experience is a plus. Demonstrated analytical, problem-solving, organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills essential. Must manage multiple cross-functional projects and deadlines effectively.
