Abnormal AI is seeking a Salesforce Administrator to own the day-to-day Salesforce administrative ticket queue and backlog. This is a hands-on, administration-focused role where you'll scope work, ship declarative fixes, and clear backlog while supporting cross-functional teams including Marketing Operations and Sales Ops. You'll work primarily within Salesforce's declarative tools—Flow, validation rules, page layouts, permission sets, record types, and reports/dashboards—rather than writing code. You'll serve as the dedicated Salesforce point of contact for top-of-funnel workstreams, supporting campaign infrastructure, lead/contact routing, and personalization initiatives. Key responsibilities include: managing the Salesforce administrative ticket queue end-to-end; scoping complexity and prioritizing resolutions for GTM stakeholders; building and maintaining declarative solutions using clicks-not-code; providing fast, accurate day-to-day Salesforce support to end users; using AI-assisted tooling to speed up requirements gathering and solution design; escalating requests requiring custom development or platform security changes; and monitoring backlog health metrics to flag capacity risks. This role emphasizes AI-forward working practices. You're expected to actively use and extend AI-assisted tooling as a core part of how work gets done—not just as awareness—to clear more backlog and produce thorough, reliable work. Strong candidates can point to concrete examples of using AI tools to move faster. Required: 2–4 years of hands-on Salesforce Administration experience in production, multi-user orgs; Salesforce Administrator certification; strong declarative configuration skills; demonstrated ability to work high-volume ticket queues with clear prioritization and communication; experience supporting Sales and/or Marketing Operations in Salesforce; and ability to scope, estimate, and communicate realistic timelines. Nice-to-have: Salesforce CPQ experience; familiarity with AI-assisted development or documentation tools; experience building internal automation/AI tooling; Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
