You will manage and inspire a team of Sales Representatives driving customer acquisition for Neo Credit, Neo Money, and other products. This is a hands-on leadership role combining team management with direct sales execution.
Key responsibilities:
- Coach, train, mentor, and provide ongoing feedback to Sales Representatives to improve product knowledge and sales skills
- Create and optimize team schedules for maximum event coverage; oversee setup and teardown of branded activation booths
- Monitor individual and team sales targets, implement strategy adjustments, and generate regular performance reports for management
- Provide hands-on support at events, troubleshoot issues, and actively sell Neo products to hit revenue goals
- Lead by example and drive team performance

REQUIREMENTS:
- Proven experience meeting or exceeding targets in a sales role
- Experience leading, supervising, or coaching a team (ideally in sales)
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
- Flexibility to work evenings and weekends to match event schedules
- Successful candidates will be required to undergo security screening, including criminal records check and credit check
