Neo Financial is hiring a Sales Team Lead for their new location opening at the end of October in Mississauga, ON. This is a people-management role leading a team of Sales Representatives focused on customer acquisition for Neo's financial products (Neo Credit, Neo Money, and others).
In this role, you will coach and develop Sales Representatives by training them on product knowledge and sales skills, providing ongoing feedback to improve performance. You'll manage team operations including creating and optimizing schedules for event coverage and overseeing the setup and teardown of branded activation booths. You'll drive performance by monitoring individual and team sales targets, implementing strategy adjustments, and generating regular performance reports for management. You'll also lead by example by providing hands-on support at events, troubleshooting issues, and actively selling Neo products to help hit revenue goals.

REQUIREMENTS:
- Proven experience meeting or exceeding targets in a sales role
- Experience leading, supervising, or coaching a team (ideally in sales)
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
- Flexibility to work evenings and weekends to match event schedules
- Security screening required, including criminal records check and credit check
