You will lead and inspire a team of Sales Representatives driving customer acquisition for Neo Credit, Neo Money, and other products. This is a hands-on management role combining team leadership with direct sales execution.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coach and develop Sales Representatives through training, mentoring, and ongoing feedback to improve product knowledge and sales skills
- Manage team operations including scheduling for maximum event coverage and overseeing setup/teardown of branded activation booths
- Drive performance by monitoring individual and team sales targets, implementing strategy adjustments, and generating regular performance reports for management
- Lead by example by providing hands-on support at events, troubleshooting issues, and actively selling Neo products to hit revenue goals

Requirements:
- Proven experience meeting or exceeding targets in a sales role
- Experience leading, supervising, or coaching a team (ideally in sales)
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
- Flexibility to work evenings and weekends to match event schedules
- Successful candidates will be required to undergo security screening including criminal records check and credit check
