Neo Financial is seeking a Sales Team Lead to manage and inspire a team of Sales Representatives at their Waterloo location. You will drive customer acquisition by coaching your team to successfully sign up users for Neo Credit, Neo Money, and other fintech products.
Key responsibilities include:
- Coach and develop Sales Representatives through training, mentoring, and ongoing feedback to improve product knowledge and sales skills
- Manage operations by creating and optimizing team schedules for maximum event coverage, and overseeing setup and teardown of branded activation booths
- Drive performance by monitoring individual and team sales targets, implementing strategy adjustments, and generating regular performance reports for management
- Lead by example by providing hands-on support at events, troubleshooting issues, and actively selling Neo products to hit revenue goals

Requirements:
- Proven experience meeting or exceeding targets in a sales role
- Experience leading, supervising, or coaching a team (ideally in sales)
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
- Flexibility to work evenings and weekends to match event schedules
- Successful candidates will be required to undergo security screening, including criminal records check and credit check
