Eye Security is a fast-growing European cybersecurity and embedded cyber insurance company with over 170 employees, headquartered in the Netherlands. You will lead a regional sales team in the Benelux region, taking ownership of an existing team of Account Executives and a Solutions Engineer. Your responsibilities include hiring, onboarding, coaching, and developing talent to scale the team. You will drive regional revenue targets, maintain forecast accuracy, and run deal reviews using MEDDPICC methodology. You'll support your team on complex negotiations and step into strategic deals to help close them. You will work with MSPs and brokers to expand the pipeline, execute tier-up strategy, and unlock new revenue streams. Collaboration with Marketing on lead generation and with Solutions Engineering on technical support is essential. You will report pipeline, forecast, and team performance to the Regional Sales Director.

REQUIREMENTS:
- At least 1 year of experience leading a team of Account Executives within a SaaS B2B environment
- Experience with MSP, VAR, or reseller ecosystems; ability to partner effectively and help partners grow
- Background in a commercial role with software or cybersecurity sales; strong at discovery, qualification, and value-based conversations
- Working knowledge of MEDDPICC framework and when/how to apply it
- Comfort with forecasts, pipelines, and metrics; ability to make data-driven decisions
- Strong cross-functional collaboration skills and ability to handle uncertainty
- Fluent in English and Dutch (spoken and written)
- Willing to travel up to 20% of the time
