As a Division Lead on the Sales Strategy and Operations team, you will drive insights, operations, and strategy that enable the sales organization to run more effectively and efficiently. This role offers exposure to the full business engine and requires leading cross-functional initiatives from ideation through analytics to recommendations. Key responsibilities include: **Strategy & Operations Partnership**: Serve as the strategic and operational partner to sales leadership, helping develop strategies and tactics, then operationalizing them daily across the sales organization. **Workflow Improvement**: Identify pain points in sales motions and workflows. Scope solutions and either implement directly or partner with software engineers on automation initiatives. **Analytical Asset Building**: Develop analytical tools that help the sales team sell strategically and understand their business. Execute special projects that uncover what drives success and translate learnings into operational changes. **Cross-Functional Connector**: Understand how sales workflows connect with marketing, product, supply chain, finance, and other departments. Relay insights from sales to other teams and facilitate connections that drive organizational alignment. You'll need strong analytical skills (Excel required; SQL, Tableau, Looker a plus), process and operational thinking, excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities, and the ability to operate with autonomy in a fast-paced environment. Previous Salesforce experience is a plus. This role requires someone who is a self-starter, can tackle complex problems independently, and can communicate effectively across technical and non-technical audiences.
