Salonkee is the market leader for salon management software across Luxembourg, Belgium, and Switzerland, serving over 10,000 beauty and wellness businesses across seven countries. The all-in-one platform handles appointment booking, customer management, point-of-sale, marketing, and AI-powered features—delivering an average of 70% fewer no-shows and 8–12 hours of reduced administrative work per week for salons.
In this Sales Representative role, you will own growth in your assigned region and serve as the primary point of contact for salon owners. Your responsibilities include:
• Actively prospecting salon owners in your territory via phone, walk-ins, and social media (cold outreach)
• Conducting on-site needs assessments through consultative questioning and product demonstrations
• Managing your own sales funnel from first contact through close
• Planning your week independently with clear targets and support from your manager
• Building relationships and driving adoption of Salonkee's software
You will work within a regional team structure with a team lead and peers, receive structured onboarding and hands-on mentoring during a formal ramp-up program, and have a clear career path from junior to senior to leadership roles. The role offers transparent KPIs, autonomous work planning, a company vehicle with fuel card, MacBook and iPhone, uncapped commission on top of base salary, and regular team events.
REQUIREMENTS:
• Proven first sales experience, ideally with outbound/cold-calling and self-scheduled prospecting
• Comfortable with phone and in-person engagement; ability to inspire and generate interest
• Resilience in handling rejection with forward focus
• Learning-oriented; receptive to feedback and committed to development
• Organized, structured, and proficient with digital tools
• Fluent German (native or near-native) and good English
• Class B driver's license and willingness to travel within your region
