Salonkee is the market leader for salon management software across Luxembourg, Belgium, and Switzerland, serving over 10,000 beauty and wellness businesses in seven countries. The platform offers an all-in-one solution covering appointment booking, customer management, point-of-sale, marketing, and AI-powered features—resulting in an average 70% reduction in missed appointments and 8–12 hours less administrative work per week for salons.
In this role, you will drive regional growth in Vorarlberg as the primary point of contact for salon owners. You will actively prospect salon owners through phone outreach, walk-ins, and social media (cold outreach). You'll conduct on-site needs assessments through consultative questioning and deliver product demonstrations showing how Salonkee simplifies daily operations. You own the full sales funnel from initial contact through close, and you plan your weekly schedule independently with clear targets and support from your manager.
This is a career-changer role designed for people without prior B2B sales experience. The company provides comprehensive onboarding: a sales bootcamp at the start, a structured ramp-up program, shadowing with experienced colleagues, role-play training, and regular coaching. You'll work alongside a local team lead and peers in your region, with a clear development path from junior to senior to leadership roles. You'll have full visibility into KPIs and performance metrics, flexible work scheduling with trust-based hours, a company vehicle with fuel card, MacBook and iPhone, €50/month tax-free benefits allowance, base salary plus uncapped commission, and regular team events.
Requirements:
- Sales experience is not required. Background in hospitality, beauty, retail, fitness, events, or other customer-facing roles is valued.
- Outgoing personality and comfort with both phone and in-person interaction.
- Ability to inspire and generate interest in prospects.
- Resilience in handling rejection and forward-focused mindset.
- Learning orientation; ability to implement feedback and drive self-development.
- Organized, structured approach with confidence using digital tools.
- Fluent German (native or near-native) and good English.
- Class B driver's license and willingness to travel within your region.
